The Paraná State Court of Justice accepted a request from Lottopar to resume the Notice that had been suspended following a decision by the Paraná State Court of Auditors (TCE).
The decision rendered by the Paraná State Court of Justice deemed the stages of the Notice regular and also determined that the deadlines stipulated therein should continue from the moment of suspension.
As there were five hours remaining until the completion of the Notice, this deadline is in effect with the reopening. Therefore, lottery operators interested in participating in the accreditation have only this Friday (16), from 12:00am to 6:00pm, when the deadline for accreditation for the instant lottery mode ends.
The accreditation for the hiring of qualified legal entities for the common concession of the exploration of the instant lottery mode, in physical and/or virtual form, will be processed and judged based on the provisions contained in this Notice, its annexes, and Federal Legislation No. 8,987, of February 13, 1995; Federal Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018; Federal Law No. 14,133, of April 1, 2021; State Law No. 20,945, of December 20, 2021; State Decree No. 10,086, of January 17, 2022; State Decree No. 10,843, of April 26, 2022.
