More responsibilities in their regional areas

GLI announces director-level promotions in several global markets

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI®) announces director-level promotions across three of its global locations. Harinder Grewal, Antonio Grida Cucco, and David Jimenez Gracia have been promoted to Directors of Engineering. Each will assume more responsibilities in their regional areas and in the global oversight of their teams, suppliers, regulators, and operators.

According to the information released by the company, each has been with the company more than 10 years and all working their way up from testing positions within GLI’s Engineering department.

While each of these leaders makes their own unique and valuable contributions to our team, the one thing that Harinder, Antonio, and David all have in common is ownership. It’s easy to recognize, support and encourage leaders like them, and I applaud their accomplishments and achievements,” said GLI Chief Delivery Officer Mackenzie Haugh.

Grewal has been with GLI since 2008, working his way from Test Engineer 1 to Test Engineer 2, Senior Engineer, and Technical Manager, all at GLI’s Netherlands lab.

Cucco has a background in technical compliance and has been with GLI Italy since 2016. He began his career at GLI as Technical Group Manager before becoming Senior Manager of Engineering.

Gracia has a long history of engineering in the gaming industry and has been with GLI since 2012. Most recently, he served as Technical Manager for GLI Spain.

Gaming Laboratories International provides suppliers, operators, and regulators with expert guidance for navigating the future of gaming and ensuring gaming innovations meet regulatory standards with confidence.

Since 1989, GLI has certified nearly 2 million items and has tested equipment for 707 jurisdictions resulting in over 5.3 million approved gaming components. GLI has a global network of laboratory locations across six continents, with U.S. and international accreditations for compliance with ISO/IEC standards for technical competence in the gaming, wagering, and lottery industries.

The company has been named “Best Laboratory” in the SAGSE Awards, “Best Test Lab in the Baltics,” and “Best Test Lab in the Nordics” in the Baltic and Scandinavian Gaming Awards.
