The Gaúcho Federation has sealed an agreement for the naming rights of the competition with Esportes da Sorte (EDS), one of the most important sports betting platforms in the country. The EDS Group already sponsors several Brazilian football clubs, including Palmeiras, Bahia, Athletico, and Grêmio itself.
"We are very happy to be part of another important competition. We support Brazilian football and believe strongly in Rio Grande do Sul. Esportes da Sorte will be present at the Recopa Gaúcha, the first title of the State in the season, with activations for fans of both teams," says Darwin Henrique da Silva Filho, CEO of Esportes da Sorte.
"Esportes da Sorte is a great partner of Gaúcho football. We were together in 2023, and the Recopa 2024 is the first step towards an even greater partnership this year. Esportes da Sorte's sponsorship is very important to further enhance our championships and teams from the Gaúcho interior," highlights Carla Larine, marketing director of the Gaúcho Football Federation.
In addition to giveaways that will be distributed, such as flags for both Grêmio and São Luiz, attendees can participate in activations prepared especially for this grand decision.
Honoring the slogan "it's much more than bet," Esportes da Sorte is increasingly present in various segments. In football, it sponsors major Brazilian clubs such as Palmeiras, Grêmio, Athletico, Bahia, among others. Still in the sports world, it partners with X1 Brazil Combate, Brazil's largest one-on-one event.
In the entertainment industry, the company has ties with top influencers such as Carlinhos Maia, Deolane Bezerra, Virgínia Fonseca, and Michel Teló, among others. In the field of shows and events, the brand also has a strong presence in the leading and largest projects.
In Carnival 2024, Esportes da Sorte renewed its sponsorship with Galo da Madrugada and also with Carnival in Recife, being present at these two major events for the second consecutive year.
Still during the carnival period, the company made its mark in the main squares of Brazil. In Rio de Janeiro, highlights include sponsorship of the Bloco Cordão do Bola Preta and the Salgueiro and Grande Rio samba schools. In Salvador, Ivete Sangalo and Cláudia Leitte's blocks also had the brand's presence.
In the entertainment industry, the company was present last year and is participating in another edition of BBB, in addition to having a strong partnership with CazéTV.
