“Galaxsys offers the simplicity and speed that Brazilian players seek in a crash game”

A few days before her presentation at SBC Rio, GMB spoke exclusively with Teni Grigoryan, Sales Manager at Galaxsys. For her, the key to growing success in Brazil and LatAm lies in the simplicity that local bettors seek in instant and crash games. Among them, the executive highlights Atlantis, Lotto Boom and the super successful Ninja Crash. “We have two expos scheduled for Brazil where we will meet with our existing partners and try to obtain more,” she says.

GMB - What games did you come to present at ICE this year? And what evaluation did you make of your participation?
Teni Grigoryan - Recently we have added quite a lot of games to our portfolio. Some I can mention are Atlantis, Lotto Boom, Maestro. Some of them are crush games, and others are instant games. We have also redesigned our Ninja Crush. We added the character, the ninja itself, to the game to make it even more attractive. We have changed the animations, added some more kind of sweetness to the game. We also added some functionality for more players engagement, such as higher multipliers so you can get 500 multipliers per cut, 250, etcetera. And we have also added the landscape mode to the game to make it even more comfortable to play it with mobile.

Which markets are you watching most closely and where are they being most successful?
Latin American market has become one of the hottest for us, especially Brazil, but we do not stop here. Whichever games we have in these markets that are popular, we make them popular in other markets as well.

We gained partnerships and, during 2023, we started operating in many jurisdictions, for example Switzerland, Portugal, Colombia, Greece, etc. And in each region, we are trying to expand our footprint to make sure that we are covering the market fully.

So the goal for 2023 was to enter those markets with strategic partnerships. The goal for 2024 is to get bigger and stronger in those markets.

Is Latin America an interesting region for Galaxsys?
Yes, yes, definitely. It is an interesting region, but we do not stop there. We target many regulated regions which are of high importance for.

How do you see the Brazilian market and what plan you have to explore that country?
Brazilian market is growing fast like everybody knows, and we have high expectations there because I would say we have covered most of the markets with the partnerships that we already have. We have signed a lot of deals with operators, with main platforms and aggregators that cover like 89% of the market. And I would say Galaxsys is one of the well-known brands in that market already.

And which products do you think is most interesting for Brazil?
Definitely instant games, crash games are at the top of this sector. I believe that not just in Brazil, but in many markets, people are looking for more simplicity. So, in addition, they want to have the feeling that they are in control of this situation. So, they seek simplicity. They try to do it quickly, not waste too much time and, on the other hand, they want to get involved in the game, know that they are part of it and that they are the decision makers. This is how most crash and instant games work. And I believe this is the key to success.

What can we expect from Galaxsys for 2024? Are you going participating in Brazilian fairs?
Yes, yes, absolutely. We have two expos scheduled for Brazil. One is Rio in March and with SBC and the other one is BiS SiGMA in April, São Paulo. We're going to meet our current existing partners there and try to gain more partnerships.
