Brazilian industry specialists launch the Women in Gaming Industry Association at SBC Rio

With a clear mission to promote gender equality and create opportunities for women in this dynamic industry, a group of Brazilian female executives from different sectors of the market have founded the Women in Gaming Industry Association (AMIG). The new entity will be officially launched at SBC Rio on March 7th.

AMIG invites you to a breakfast at 10 am and, later on, to attend the presentation panel at 2:30 pm with the founders:

  • Ana Bárbara Costa Teixeira (Brazilian Regulatory Affairs / Ocean 88 Holdings Ltd)

  • Ana Helena Karnas Hoefel Pamplona (Partner / AHP Advocacy)

  • Bárbara Teles (Regulatory Lawyer and Government Relations / Rei do Pitaco)

  • Luciana Hendrich (Associate Founder / Hendrich Digital Content and Hendrich Lawyers)

  • Natalia Nogues (Investor Partner / Control+F5 Gaming)

  • Teresa Caeiro (International Development Officer / bet365)

AMIG's mission is clear: to promote gender equality and create opportunities for women in this dynamic industry.

"In the Women in Gaming Industry Association, we believe that we will grow faster if we stand side by side, sharing experiences and building support networks," the entity states in the first post on its official LinkedIn account.

AMIG is proud to present this initiative and welcomes the presence of all women and companies interested in learning more and supporting this cause to make a difference in the online gaming industry in Brazil.

Registrations for Association members will be free and available during the presentation event.
