GMB - Could you tell us a bit about Vibra Solutions and the company's solutions in the global market and especially in the Latin American market?
Ramiro Atucha - It is a pleasure for us to be present at the last ICE in London. We have been exhibiting at the fair for three years now. It has only been a year since we presented Vibra Solutions, and so much has happened since then. We have over 20 sites in Brazil using our technology, our PAM, sportsbook, and casino.
Some of them will choose to obtain the license to stay in the regulated market, the rest will have to move to another market or leave. We are investing in this, and Vibra Solutions is working with state lotteries, with our physical terminal solution, with lottery games, doing a job that we appreciate very much.
The physical terminals show that Vibra as a group is not just an internet company; it is also a land-based company. Is this an advancement for the company?
I think today everything is more focused on mobile, online. But the retail part, especially in our countries, is very important. We consider ourselves an omnichannel company, omni-platform, where we can provide with a unified PAM, a good player experience, both online and retail, while maintaining the games, their status, and their experience.
Speaking of games, we know that Vibra Gaming also develops a series of games and is constantly updating. Will there be any news in terms of titles this year?
Yes, during this year, we will launch more than 20 new games. Some of them will also be lottery games. Lottery games will be available for the regulated market in Brazil, and our table games, slots, and video bingo will work very well there.
Until then, we saw Vibra as a provider of casino games, and now it is also opening up to the lottery market. Was it Brazil that called you to this new reality?
Actually, we had a project that didn't prosper to make lottery games for the class 2 market in the United States. We advanced with a project there, but it didn't prosper. We left everything ready and with the desire to do something for this market. When the situation arose with the state lotteries in Brazil, we saw the opportunity to finalize this project, get it ready, and launch it to the market, being very pleased with it.
Paraíba already uses Vibra's sports betting products, and other states have regulated their lotteries, such as Rio de Janeiro and Paraná. How is the proximity with these other markets other than Paraíba?
Paraíba was our first experience, which was very good. I think we are one of the few that are giving operators the possibility of having something like an experience very similar to slots but being certified as lottery games. So, with this experience, with the success that we will soon disclose with photos, videos, and numbers of how it is working, we aspire to reach Rio de Janeiro and the rest of the state lotteries.
Vibra believes a lot in the Brazilian market, but tell us how the operation of Vibra Gaming and Vibra Solutions is going throughout the Latin market.
Our focus is on the Latin market. A problem that Latin operators always have is that often their suppliers do not focus on LatAm. For us, the main market is Latin America. We are registering in Peru, in the process of regulation, and signing important contracts there. In the Dominican Republic, Mexico, that is, in every market that is in the process of regulation or already regulated.
Are you thinking locally from global solutions?
Exactly, each project helps us improve our solution. Which is a benefit for everyone, for all customers, including those who ask for this improvement.
What are the new developments from the Vibra group for the regulated Brazilian market, since from March all operators will have to officially enable themselves in the Ministry of Finance and in July will be listed as authorized?
I think the biggest news is that we won't have any news. We have always worked in Brazil as if it were a regulated market according to technical standards, certification with GLI, integration method, KYC with customers, all documentation. In this sense, I think customers working with our technology will have very little change. Now for state lotteries, the news is our scratch-a-lot product, which is very interesting, providing a slot-like experience but also certified by GLI as a lottery game.
