Altenar invites to learn everything about its revolutionary Self-Service Betting Terminal at SBC Rio

Altenar’s attendance at SBC Rio (March 5-7) will give guests the opportunity to learn more about the company’s revolutionary Self-Service Betting Terminal (SSBT) which can be a game changer for sports betting retail operators. Company’s service to South American operators has also been strengthened by the recent opening of a new office in Uruguay.

Altenar have long since been known for their award-winning sportsbook and now offer a retail turnkey solution to help operators launch an independent retail gambling venture and the terminal is key to that.

The SSBT, featuring a high-definition touchscreen and a Microsoft Windows application, allows customers to deposit money and print receipts, as well as place bets and track results through an intuitive interface.

Device monitoring takes place 24/7 while over-the-air functionality updates and a content management system give clients a high degree of customisation options and efficient management of retail operations.

The terminal features a modern sportsbook design and comprehensive functionalities with operators able to adjust screen marketing/promotional content, device trading limits and operating hours.

Altenar’s Product Operations Manager Isidoros Siderakis said: "Welcome to the future of betting experience with our cutting-edge full retail software solution featuring Self-Service Betting Terminals (SSBTs).

The Self-Service Betting Terminals empower users to place bets swiftly, navigate diverse gaming options effortlessly, and enjoy an outstanding betting experience. With a commitment to innovation, stability, and user satisfaction, our full terminal solution brings a new era of excitement to the world of betting, combining the key core of the robust Altenar sportsbook along with all Altenar Gaming Platform features."

Altenar’s service to South American operators has also been strengthened by the recent opening of a new office in Uruguay. Around 15 members of staff will be based at the hub in Montevideo, with a mixture of new employees and experienced team members from other offices.

That will ensure Altenar builds on the knowledge gained from other markets around the world while operating in a time zone which provides a better level of support for South American clients.

Altenar’s Americas Regional Director Hugo Llanos said: "We do have a lot of activity and products that are to do with this time zone, American sports, Copa Libertadores, Copa America, and of course the major leagues around the region such as Brazil, Mexico and others alike.

We have customers across the region so it is important to assure them of our commitment to their operations and our support towards their objectives.”
