Alisson Pimenta, Marketing and Affiliates Manager

“1xBet’s commitment is to be legal in Brazil and become a pioneer in the betting and casino sector”

Famous international betting house 1xBet reappears in the Brazilian market, now regulated. In an exclusive interview with GMB, its Marketing and Affiliates Manager, Alisson Pimenta, reveals that the company has renewed itself, getting closer to the local public through strategic partnerships, sponsorships and ambassadors such as José Aldo, UFC world champion. “The opening of an office in Brazil is a demonstration of commitment to this country,” reveals the executive.

GMB - 1xBet was gone for a while, with few actions. How is the company positioning itself again now that the Brazilian market is being regulated and facing requirements from the Ministry of Finance?
Alisson Pimenta - 1xBet is making a strong comeback now. Licensed and increasingly seeking integration into the Brazilian industry, especially in the local entertainment segment. We are fully licensed and continuously striving to connect with the people, tapping into the Brazilian energy through affiliates and partnerships. We aim to identify the goal of this market in football, this passion, through sports. We are rebranding and rejuvenated. While 1xBet has always been present in the country, we have now returned with full force, seeking new partnerships, technologies, and ways to connect with the audience.

Are you already planning to open an office in Brazil?
Yes, this is a matter of responsibility, not only because of jurisdiction but also a commitment from 1xBet to be legalized in Brazil and be a pioneering firm in the sports betting and online casino sector. The company is increasingly renewing this union, bringing the customized brand with what's new in the country. We have come precisely to seek partnerships, affiliates, and try to connect with the Brazilian market.

Are you readdressing the brand presence issue? Will there be new sponsorships for championships as you did before?
Yes. We are currently with José Aldo, our UFC world champion, and we want to get closer to sports, not only football, but boxing, where Brazil has been excelling. In indoor football and casino, which already has this characteristic from over almost 10 years in the gambling and sports betting market. 1xBet is always bringing more security and comfort. Our intention is not to maintain the same standard for all countries, it is to bring and maintain the national standard among the people here.

How is 1xBet preparing for brand reinforcement in the Olympics?
Coming soon with new partner names. We have José Aldo, our ambassador, also seeking sponsorships and new teams, some of them to really bring the strength of the 1xBet name back to Brazil.
