GMB – How important is it for Vibra to be at SBC Rio just days after the opening of a beautiful gaming room in Paraíba?
Federico Saini – We are very happy to be at SBC Rio, which is hosting its first event in Brazil, where we are presenting our innovations. And as you mentioned, last week we opened an important store for a client with whom we partnered based on their retail license for lottery and sports betting operations. So, we are betting heavily on the regulated market, both in sports betting and lotteries in Brazil. And finally, regarding the casino segment as well. In Brazil, we have everything necessary, and we are prepared for this moment of market evolution, with a lot of strength to launch new businesses in the country.
Are you investing heavily in the area of state lotteries? Is Vibra increasingly consolidated in this segment?
Absolutely. Two years ago, we started working very hard in this segment, understanding what the market needs. So, we developed a line of lottery games. We changed the entire engine and made a complete development, with normal casino games, to be applied in lottery games. This has led us, with our EGM system of physical terminals, to grow exponentially. Obviously, with the license ready, some operators need to have a system in line with this and be certified. Today, we are in most regulated states and at the forefront of what the customer needs.
Do you expect this retail solution, with physical machines, to take over Brazil when regulation is fully implemented?
That's the idea. We are prepared for regulation across the country. We are betting heavily on Brazil, which is one of the main markets for us and where we have been growing with everything we have been doing for the past four years, to provide the best for our customers.
What will it be like when the market is fully open and you can install machines in the Brazilian market?
It will be great because any regulated market that is fully open will offer a great number of possibilities.
And what about the issue of physical equipment production, will you have adequate production capacity?
We are not producing hardware; we provide the software system. So, most customers have their own terminals, and we certify them and install the entire system they need in the way they can work properly. So, for us, there are no problems because we are very close to the operator, and we partner closely so that they have everything they need to operate.
Today, Vibra already has more than 15 lottery games available. Will there be more?
Yes. We will launch more than 15 new games this year. So, the idea is to continue growing in the market, strengthening everything we have done so far. Additionally, we have Vibra Solutions, with a content aggregator, and we are increasingly seeking partnerships with different suppliers to have more offerings for the market, not only from Vibra games.
Does this demonstrate confidence in the Brazilian market?
Certainly. The idea is to offer everything the customer will need and help them in every way.
How do you see the regulation model and the rules that are about to come out?
It's very good. We still need to understand some important points of the regulation to be well prepared and have everything ready for when that happens.
