During the activations, the public was able to visit the Loterias CAIXA Fan Zone outside the Ginásio do Ibirapuera. A modern, fun and interactive space, with state-of-the-art electronic games to transport basketball fans to the universe of the courts and the orange ball.
The space also had a basketball tree for visitors to shoot, as well as customization of t-shirts, distribution of gifts, all with lots of music and break dancing. Inside the court, other actions were also carried out to excite the crowd, such as distributing bumper cars, dunk shows and much more.
For the vice-president operating agent of CAIXA, Pedro Ermírio Freitas, “it was a great satisfaction to be able to participate in this moment of national basketball celebration. We have prepared several actions for basketball fans at the All-Star Game. The support for Brazilian sport that the CAIXA and Loterias CAIXA provide is not new. For many years, the two institutions have been promoting the development of elite and grassroots athletes in the most diverse categories and modalities, whether through social transfers or sponsorships”.
The All-Star Game brought together NBB's (New Basketball Brazil) main stars for a week of entertainment, social actions, sponsor activations and, obviously, high-quality basketball in an event full of activities.
In the event's main program, on March 15th and 16th, skill challenges, such as dunks and 3-point shots, and a mini-tournament between 4 teams assembled with the best NBB athletes (two teams of Brazilians, one with foreigners and one with under-23 athletes).
