Shortly after the issuance of Ordinance 300/2024, BMM, one of the most important gaming certification and testing laboratories in the world, submitted its request for accreditation to the Prizes and Betting Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance.
In Ordinance 300/2024, the body defined the certificate models to be generated for platforms, sportsbooks, online games and live games studios.
Now, BMM has received recognition of its operational capacity as a certifying entity for betting systems, live gaming studios and online games to be used by fixed-odd betting lottery operators.
The publication of Ordinance 603 took place this Tuesday (16), in the Official Gazette of the Union.
The recognition referred to in the Ordinance is valid for a period of three years, counting from the publication of the Ordinance, as long as the conditions of legal qualification, tax and labor regularity, suitability and technical qualification demonstrated in the Process records are maintained.
Previously, BMM had already been approved by Lottopar as a certified laboratory to carry out complete tests on platforms, systems, games and regulations authorized in the state of Paraná.
“We are extremely happy to announce the achievement of our federal license signed by the deputy secretary of Prizes and Bets at the Ministry of Finance. This license marks the beginning of our commitment and the long journey we will undertake in the Brazilian market,” says Marzia Turrini, president of Digital Gaming at BMM.
“As we mentioned previously, we will soon open our branch in Brazil, thus continuing our support for all our international clients who consider this market a strategic priority,” she reinforces.
“In addition, we will offer our broad and detailed experience to Brazilian clients who are looking for more than just a simple certifier: a trusted partner to accompany them on this new adventure in Brazil,” concludes Turrini.
