“END 2 END is more than ready to be one of the main bingo and lottery providers in Brazil”

The approval of the regulation of betting and online gaming in Brazil, together with the independence of state lotteries, has aroused the strong interest of the best international companies in the sector. In this case, END 2 END offers an unparalleled multiplayer bingo experience for the iGaming industry. In an interview with GMB, Nicolás Grecco, firm’s Development Manager, reveals the advantages of its products as well as the success of the recent launch of “Instant LOTTERY”.

GMB - Few companies can show such marked results and advances in a year as END 2 END did in 2023. How did you achieve this significant growth?

- 2023 has been a very productive year for us, both commercially and technically. During this period, we have managed our efforts in two main areas: meeting the needs of each of our clients - both those who have been with us from the beginning and new ones - and making constant improvements to our platform.

The versatility of our software allows us to easily add different gaming features and interfaces, so every time we identify or receive a new need from our clients, we make sure to implement it. This helps to grow our omnichannel product and gives us the possibility to offer a greater variety of options within our suite. In that sense, during 2023 we have maximized this aspect of our technology, thus obtaining a product that is increasingly solid, stable, and customizable.

 



Brazil ended the year with the approval of a regulatory framework for online gaming and its core products are precisely to the taste of the local player. How do you evaluate this market?
Without a doubt, the approval of regulations for sports betting and online gaming in Brazil has been very welcome news not only for us but for everyone working in the sector. The Brazilian market promises to become one of the most important globally, as it has an extensive and experienced audience.

As Development Manager of END 2 END, I can assure you that we are more than ready to accompany this process and establish ourselves as one of the main providers of BINGO and LOTTERY in Brazil. Our extensive experience in regulated jurisdictions and in LATAM, combined with the versatility and scalability of our platform, make us the right candidate to take on this challenge.

At ICE 2024, we witnessed the launch of "Instant LOTTERY." How was this product born, and what features does it offer?
Our gaming offering has continued to grow in all directions, and this year we plan to continue on that path. Over the last few months, our team has been working on developing a new product, which we successfully presented at ICE 2024 called "Instant LOTTERY." This new development, as its name suggests, offers real-time online lottery games, and is 100% customizable. Like all END 2 END products, the Instant Lottery instance will have all the features of our Bingo:

* Possibility of own branding
* Multi-language
* Multi-currency
* Multiple instances with different configurations
* Network-ready
* Compatibility with live shows (streaming + lottery drum) and draws from all the world's lotteries
* High and low frequency draws
* High availability and scalability

To all these benefits, there are two key items that are added: the first is that our Instant Lottery can be configured to respond to various game and bet modalities, adapting to any type of existing lottery.

The second, and also very important, is that all those integrated with END 2 END will be able to access this new game without the need for any internal changes. Of course, this implies that every new integration will have immediate availability of our Bingo and Lottery products.
 


How do you handle such a sensitive issue for companies looking to expand, such as certifications in different jurisdictions?
In our early days, our main objective was to establish a strong presence in LATAM, and we have succeeded, as we have a presence in various countries in the region. As a next step, we set out to bring our products to Europe, a market we know well as we had previously operated in Spain and the United Kingdom.

We have already started on the path to the Old Continent, obtaining new certifications in jurisdictions such as the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark, and Malta, which were added to our existing UKGC license. These new certifications have allowed us to close new contracts and continue with our expansion. Now we are working on new projects in the Asian continent and new European jurisdictions.

In conclusion, we can say that END 2 END will continue to navigate a year in which we will continue to grow in all directions: more robust technology, greater versatility and granular customization of products, intelligent omnichannel, and strong and lasting commercial relationships.

 



Finally, what are your objectives for the rest of this year?
2024 is still a year full of challenges and new projects. We have closed new contracts over the last few months of last year, and each one presents us with a different adventure, as they focus on different aspects within the sector and in different parts of the world.

In response to the omnichannel nature of our product, our new releases not only correspond to the classic "Online Bingo Multiplayer" and retail chains, but we have also managed to position ourselves within the land-based industry, television shows, and massive events. To this, we can add the implementation of new bingo networks in LATAM, making 2024 definitely a year of expansion in all aspects.
