Lottopar enables three companies to sell predictive and passive lotteries

The Special Accreditation Committee of Lottopar (Paraná Lottery) accredited three companies to explore the lottery modalities of numerical and passive predictions. Of the five companies that presented themselves in Paraná, Prohards, ST Soft and Lotella were approved, and will still undergo technical certification before signing the contract in June. The start of operations is scheduled for the second half of 2024.

The State of Paraná will soon have new lottery options being offered to the population of Paraná. There were three companies authorized by the Commission, which will be able to offer the lottery modalities of predictions and passive.

The Special Accreditation Committee analyzed the documentation received from five interested companies, leaving three within the standards required in the Notice and capable of the new stage, which is the signing of the accreditation term. The companies authorized to sell forecasting and passive modalities are:

– Prohards Comércio, Desenvolvimento e Serviços em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda.;

– ST Soft Participações Ltda.;

– Lotella Consultoria, Empreendimentos e Participações S/A.

For the president of Lottopar, Daniel Romanowski, the authorization of three companies represents another important milestone for the State of Paraná, as it proves that the lottery market believes in the serious work carried out by the municipality.

It is worth noting that only with payment in a fixed grant, the State will be able to raise the amount of R$ 37,500,000 (US$ 7,4m), an amount that will be donated to the areas of housing, public security and financing of State social programs.

According to Lottopar's operations director, Fabio Veiga, the next step is the signing of the accreditation term and then the companies move on to signing the contract at B3 – Brasil, Bolsa e Balcão.

The contract signing stage is scheduled for the beginning of June, but first companies must present the concession requirements, such as contractual guarantee and payment of the grant. The start of operations is scheduled for the second half of 2024.
