GMB - Rubinho, you have has just been appointed non-executive director of SOFTSWISS. What is it like to accelerate the SOFTSWISS consortium in the global gaming market, especially now, with this moment of regulation here in Brazil?
Rubens Barrichello - Look, what I like most about what we're talking about here is the responsibility of gaming. I loved the performance of how they showed it to me. They are not a betting company, they are the one who develops all the technology behind the games. And I think responsible gaming is something that fascinates me, because I had the opportunity to have a father who showed me this responsible side. “We’re going to arrive, have fun, but we have a limit to spend”, he told me.
And with SOFTSWISS it's the same thing. And I really like that. And there's also the whole technological side that fascinates me, which is like what I've always seen in a Formula 1 engine being developed, the aerodynamics of the car, so I'm involved in that too.
What are your plans and activities ahead of this SOFTSWISS moment?
My initial plan is to show them how everything works in Brazil, because there is something that needs to be modulated and even shaped, let's say, because Brazil has some regulations that are different from those around the world. I want to introduce a lot of people, especially because I have great access, and then get involved with the technology structure.
In other words, you will not just be a brand ambassador, but a person to develop effective and serious work with SOFTSWISS?
That's right. We’ll travel and learn about other situations. I really like this interaction. I have a very busy schedule with races and my children's races. I always made that clear, but I'll be well aware of SOFTSWISS.
Does this mean that uniform is different now?
I'm always dressed in overalls, but this SOFTSWISS uniform makes me feel super calm.
