GMB - How are business affairs in Brazil and what are you seeking at BiS SiGMA 2024?
André Filipe Neves - I think anyone who attends the event is greatly impressed. There are many people, many companies, and we are witnessing Brazil's growth. Federal regulation is imminent. We see many companies seeking this launch and positioning themselves. It's very gratifying to be present as Salsa grows steadily with an increasing number of clients gaining trust in the market, which makes us extremely proud and happy.
What are the latest developments from Salsa and how are operations going, including in a jurisdiction already regulated, such as Paraná, where the company already has a partner, NossaBet?
Paraná has been a success story and has positioned Salsa as one of the first companies in the regulated market in Brazil, and now we hope that the federal level will also have the same visibility very soon. It has been progressive, and in this first phase, it was the launch of sports betting, which went very well, and soon we will advance to online gaming, which in a regulated market will explode and create many opportunities.
Is Salsa Gator, with hundreds of providers and thousands of games, a powerful tool to conquer more market share?
Today, customers seek diversification, which is what Salsa can offer, along with gamification, creating the best experience for users. I believe that currently Salsa, if not the number 1 in Brazil, is among the top ones. The experience is very good, and Gator is an extraordinary product for those who want to work with us.
There is no more competent offer than ours in the Brazilian market. There are 15,000 games, many tournaments, and various offers that users love. We are very pleased, and now we wait for the national regulated online gaming market to be the next challenge and success not only for Salsa but for the entire industry.
Salsa has a Brazilian DNA, but it is already venturing into other countries. How are operations in other jurisdictions where you are active?
We are progressing very well in Brazil and expanding our operations. The first will be in Peru, where we want to position ourselves in the regulated market, and we already have a country manager. Then Chile and Colombia will follow. Everyone likes our products, we have great customer support, high quality in all migrations we have done so far, and this conveys a very strong sense of security for those working with us. Thus, step by step, we are building a stronger Salsa.
