GMB - What is the importance of Altenar's participation in BiS SiGMA, an increasingly global event?
Hugo Llanos - For us, it's a new opportunity to showcase our solutions for the sports betting sector in Brazil. Our goal is to continue growing, and that's why we participate in BiS SiGMA, to position ourselves in front of our clients and show new solutions for their business. We have an excellent product, already proven in Brazil, and we need to be even closer to the Brazilian market.
The company has recently launched Bet Mentor and now Bet Insights. Tell us a little about this new Altenar tool.
Bet Mentor is a product that allows the system to suggest a bet or accumulator to the customer. With Bet Insights, the user takes the data and statistics of the game and the market directly from the site where they are placing their bet. They don't need to search the internet for the previous outcome of the same game, the number of goals, and if a particular player is scoring goals. The system provides this to the bettor, ensuring a good user experience.
Even though you are a platform developer for betting, is the goal always to keep an eye on the end-user?
We always aim to provide a good experience for the user. We believe this is the key to the business. So, we increasingly seek data and tools for users to enjoy with us.
Besides doing well in business, do you offer solutions not only to your clients but also to the bettor?
Yes, absolutely. We always seek flexibility and innovation with new tools. This is our business line and philosophy, which we always try to follow.
Altenar is GLI certified, the first laboratory authorized by the Ministry of Finance. Is this an additional business card to present to operators intending to operate in the Brazilian market and use Altenar's platform?
Definitely yes. Altenar is always attentive to the regulation issue. We are GLI certified, and our clients in Brazil will seek the license, and we ourselves will meet all the specifications determined by the government. We want to do the best for the industry, and in this sense, we will be very close to the clients and the regulatory body. We want the entire industry to grow in a sustainable and lasting way.
How are Altenar's plans to establish an office in Brazil progressing?
We are monitoring the regulatory requirements to then make the decision. We already have a new office in Uruguay, which is in the same time zone as Brazil and has been adequately serving our clients. But we await government decisions to take the next steps in the regulated Brazilian market.
