Banese launches process to seek partners to operate Sergipe State Lottery

Banese (Bank of the State of Sergipe) announced a competitive process to carry out a strategic partnership in search of a partner for the exploration and operation of the lottery business in physical and digital media in the State of Sergipe, in the following ways:

• Passive;
   
• Prognosis (specific, numerical and sports);
   
• Instant; and
   
• Fixed quota.

The PMI expects the partner to have knowledge of the business, technology and capital to face the process. Banese will have a majority stake in the shares of the company to be created.

Due to the exploitation of lottery services in the state, the partnership must pass on to the government of Sergipe at least 5% of the gross revenue from the lotteries.

Among other requirements, the partner must have the ability to carry out the following activities:

• Game plan management;
   
• Bet capture;
   
• Carrying out extraction/draw;
   
• Awards ceremony;
   
• Marketing management and market intelligence;
   
• Risk management;
   
• Technology management.
