“I would like to thank you for the opportunity and congratulate the entire Loterj team for the brilliant initiative of putting into practice the accreditation of sports betting and online gaming in Brazil,” highlighted the CEO of Rio Jogo, João Victor de Araújo Souza.
“We believe in a regulated gaming market and its legality. We know the responsibilities and duties assigned to us in the contract and we affirm that we are fully prepared for the success of the project,” adds the executive.
Loterj's Accreditation Term and authorization to start the operation were published in the Official Gazette of the State of Rio de Janeiro. The Loterj Accreditation Notice remains open at https://www.riojogos.com/esportes/futebol.
By accrediting Rio Jogo, Loterj provides the consumer with yet another betting house that operates in the regular market in the state.
Rio Jogo joins Apostau.com, MarjoSports, PixBet and BestBet to operate sports betting and online games in Rio de Janeiro.
Another eight companies are awaiting approval of the Proof of Concept (PoC) to have their licenses issued by Loterj. They are: 1xBet, Caesars Sportsbook, Key Solution Gaming of Bet, Lottoland, Laguna, PNR, Purple & Green and SDL Loterias.
