GMB - What were Mancala Gaming's objectives in participating in the most recent BiS SiGMA Americas?
Emiliano Sanchez - Once again, Mancala comes to Brazil because we are heavily investing in this market, which has been very important to us. We have been growing significantly in the country with more and more clients, always aiming to offer the best entertainment to the Brazilian audience.
Mancala launched the new game “Book of Runes” at the event. When will it be commercially available to partners?
We are exclusively showcasing this new game at BiS SiGMA because we always strive to bring some release to the event, demonstrating the importance the fair holds for Mancala Gaming. We presented it in Brazil, and it is already available to all our partners. It's an incredible game with the theme of the book of runes, well-known worldwide. It features modern and engaging graphics, and we are confident it will be very well received. All games with the "book" concept have great acceptance in all jurisdictions where our commercial partners operate, and I'm sure the same will happen with the Book of Runes.
Is the line of crash games also performing well?
Yes, indeed, and now we are planning a significant change and hope to bring even more content of this type, instant crash, in the very near future. We want to emphasize this vertical and promote it through all the networks of partners we have, especially here in Brazil.
How are business operations in Brazil and Mancala's position increasingly close to the main market aggregators?
Brazil has rapidly become one of the main markets for Mancala. We have many partners, and this has been growing consistently. It grows more every year.
Our goal is to continue supporting operators, not only with games but also with the knowledge gained. At Mancala, we have many years of operations, and our tools are designed for acquisition and retention. I believe retention will be the key in Brazil in the coming years.
How will Mancala position itself to ensure this?
We are working hard to expand our tools, making them more accessible to operators, with an educational process behind them so they understand how to use them. With the constant use of tools, we have seen how other operators have doubled, tripled, quadrupled the GGR our games represent. So, it's very important to pass on this knowledge to the operator so they understand that it's not just about acquiring customers but also retaining them. And our tools are designed for that.
Does Mancala have plans to make a game with a Brazilian theme?
We are in discussions about it. We want to do it, and we have a local partner who is helping us in this regard because knowledge is shared in two directions. They are also teaching us a lot about how to make this game in the best possible way.
So, will we have a game on the Brazil theme?
Well, at this moment I can neither say yes nor no. However, surprises are coming, and we hope they will be well received in the Brazilian market.
