“Vibra Gaming’s main differentiator is being focused exclusively on LatAm and Brazil”

During recent BiS SiGMA Americas, GMB spoke exclusively with Ramiro Atucha, CEO of Vibra Gaming, who brought the latest in video lottery terminals (VLT) and Scratch-a-lot, a new slot in scratch card format, to the region of LatAm. In addition to penetrating Paraíba, the company intends to advance across all Brazilian states that are being regulated to dominate the market. The businessman highlighted: “We have a level of priority and proximity that our customers highly value.”


GMB - What did Vibra Gaming come to present at BiS SiGMA Americas?

– A year ago, we presented Vibra Solutions, which is our division of casino platforms, sportsbooks, and now we are launching the VLT solution, videolotteries, certified by GLI, which are already present in Paraíba. We will enter Maranhão and intend to go to each of the states as suppliers, each of those that regulate lottery gaming.

Are you following all the states that are regulating themselves to penetrate each of them and thus conquer the market throughout Brazil?
Yes, as suppliers we have to meet certain requirements. That's why we went to GLI to obtain certification. One good thing we are bringing is Scratch-a-lot, which has the same fun as a slot and behind it has a scratch card. It is certified as a lottery game, so it gives players a very similar experience to playing a slot but complying with regulations.

 



Vibra Gaming has now partnered with Aviatrix, what can you tell us about this?
Exactly, we are partnering with the best game developers. Aviatrix, one of the most valuable developers, everyone is asking for their games. We have our game studio, but also our aggregation system, because everyone who uses our platform for their casino demands a lot of content and we are working hard to bring the best. Aviatrix is one of them.

What are the next steps in terms of the company's marketing strategy?
Regarding the strategy, we want to ensure that everyone knows our products. It has been one year since we launched Vibra Solutions, a platform solution, and I still meet people who don't know that we have a platform available, the things we provide. So, we are doing a lot of promotional work, so that everyone knows that we have VLT and an Omnichannel system to offer and provide.

 



Do you believe that this would be Vibra Gaming's differentiator compared to the competition?
Today the main differentiator of Vibra is that we are exclusively focused on LatAm. There are many European and American suppliers who come here, but they still focus primarily on other markets. This affects the prioritization of customers in the region. We focus only on Latin America and our priority is their needs. I think this creates a closeness, a level of priority that our customers value a lot.
