The new agreement was confirmed this Monday (20), in a press conference, held in the auditorium of the Estádio dos Aflitos, in the presence of Ícaro Quinteiro, COO of Grupo Esportes da Sorte –, and Náutico – president Bruno Becker, the club's commercial and new business director, Luiz Filipe Figueirêdo, and other members of Timbu's management body.
“It is a great pleasure to have our brand linked to Náutico, a club with a passionate fan base and one of the most traditional in the country, with 123 years of history. Our expectation is that Esportes da Sorte and Náutico go hand in hand and build a remarkable and very successful journey,” states Darwin Henrique da Silva Filho, CEO of Esportes da Sorte.
“For those of us who do Náutico, it is a great pleasure to have Esportes da Sorte by our side. Having brands from Pernambuco is always a source of great pride. Esportes da Sorte arrives at a fundamental moment of the season, when we are fighting for access to the Brazilian Championship, our main objective in 2024,” stated Bruno Becker, president of Náutico.
Even before the official announcement, the club and the new sponsor started a campaign related to the new agreement last Saturday (18), when, on social media, Náutico published a video announcing that the “team of giants” would become even bigger, indicating that news would come this Monday. Still on Saturday, the team also entered the field with the phrase “A Gigante” printed on the main part of the shirt, in reference to the new agreement, during a match against Volta Redonda.
With 123 years of existence, Náutico has, among its main achievements, 24 titles in the Pernambucano Championship and one in the Brasileirão Series C. According to the latest research, the club still has one of the biggest fans in the state of Pernambuco, with more than 560 thousand fans passionate about Timbu.
Esportes da Sorte, honoring the slogan "it's much more than betting", is increasingly present in different segments. In football, it sponsors major Brazilian clubs such as Palmeiras, Grêmio, Athletico and Bahia, as well as the newcomer Náutico.
Still in the sporting world, it forms a partnership with X1 Brazil Combate, the biggest one-to-one event in Brazil. In the entertainment sector, the company has ties with the main influencers, such as Carlinhos Maia, Léo Santana, Virgínia Fonseca, Michel Teló, MC Daniel, Jojo Todynho, among others.
In the shows and events market, the brand also has a strong presence in the main and largest projects.
At Carnival 2024, Esportes da Sorte renewed its sponsorship with Galo da Madrugada and also with Carnival do Recife, and was present at these two major events for the second year in a row.
During the carnival period, the company was present in the main squares in Brazil. In Rio de Janeiro, the highlight was the sponsorship of the Bloco Cordão da Bola Preta and the Salgueiro and Grande Rio Samba Schools. In Salvador, the blocks of Ivete Sangalo and Cláudia Leitte also had the presence of the brand.
In the entertainment sector, the company was present in the last two editions of BBB, in addition to having a strong partnership with CazéTV.
