"Control F5 wants to further strengthen its role as supporters of companies looking to enter Brazil"

The partner and director of marketing agency Control F5, Natalia Nogues, talked with GMB and highlighted the evolution of BiS SiGMA Americas, which they have been following since its first edition. The executive stated her objective of further strengthening the brand and making people aware of its role as a supporter of companies seeking to enter the Brazilian iGaming market. As founder of AMIG, she also highlighted the association's advances and the help of supporters. “We already have more than 180 members!”

GMB – What is your assessment of BiS SiGMA Americas?
Natalia Nogues –
Control F5 has been present at BiS since its first edition. Every year, we notice significant improvements in the event. We are very excited about its evolution, especially with the increase in the number of participants and the quality of the exhibitors.

As it is held in Brazil and is one of the largest in Latin America, the event is a priority for Control F5. Here, we find a concentration of professionals, networking opportunities, and experience sharing.

What new things did Control F5 presented at the event?
Our intention is to increasingly highlight Control F5 as a comprehensive solutions hub. We presented all the services we offer, the partners who collaborate with us, and the importance of our work in various areas such as marketing, customer service, consulting, and compliance. We want to further strengthen our brand and raise awareness about our role as supporters of companies looking to enter the Brazilian market.

You were nominated in four categories at the BiS Awards: Best Marketing Agency, Outstanding Professional (André Alves), C Level of the Year, and Woman Executive of the Year (you). Can you comment on this?
We are very happy with the nominations, as they reflect the hard work that Control F5 has been doing. Being nominated is already an achievement, regardless of the outcome. Being among the best professionals shows that we are on the right path and motivates us to continue striving for excellence. Of course, we hope to win, but being among the nominees is already a victory in itself.

As the founder of AMIG, could you tell us a bit about its evolution?
AMIG (Association of Women in the Gaming Industry) was founded in March with only six founding members. We did not expect such adherence and interest, but it quickly grew to over 180 members. During BiS SiGMA Americas, we carried out several actions to further expand our association and attract more women interested in learning about and contributing to our purpose. We want each member to bring their personal and professional experiences to enrich our community.

What response has AMIG received from supporters?
We are grateful for the positive response from many men during the event, who participated in our activities, mentioned, and invited AMIG to their lectures. This helps us strengthen our entity and shows that they also have an important role in our growth.

We thank the supporters Ambiel Advogados, Clever Advertising, Pay4Fun, who made possible, among others, the networking cocktail held at our stand on the last day of the event, with space provided by Control F5. We hope to count on more and more support companies in the future.
