The grant amounts (fixed and variable) received will be applied to programs and actions aimed at social assistance and reducing social vulnerability in the State of São Paulo.
The government of the State of São Paulo will promote an international tender to choose the company that will manage the São Paulo State Lottery.
The competition foresees the exploration of specific prediction, sports, numerical and instant lotteries for 15 years. The process will be conducted by the Secretariat of Partnerships and Investments and can be offered in physical and virtual modalities.
Decree 68,596/2024 defines that companies, investment funds and other legal entities, Brazilian or foreign, individually or in a consortium, are eligible to participate in the bidding.
Once granted, the operation will be supervised by the Public Services Regulatory Agency of the State of São Paulo (Arsesp).
