In the last six months, the betting house has had an average score of 8.9/10. Currently, there are only 179 complaints and a response rate evaluated at 99.4%. The nomination for the award is a result of F12.Bet's commitment to its customers.
Of the users who reviewed the betting house, an impressive 80.9% would consider using the site again, as 90.2% of situations were effectively resolved by the customer service team.
The 'Reclame AQUI' award is the largest, best, and most important customer service award in Brazil. F12.Bet is among the ten companies nominated for the 2024 'Reclame AQUI' award in the category Betting Houses - Bet - Large Operations. The award is in its 13th edition, and public voting takes place from September 1 to October 31.
The winners will be announced on a date yet to be revealed by the platform. In the 2023 edition, more than 17 million votes were received, and about 1.7 thousand companies participated.
