According to the evaluation, EstrelaBet has a consumer rating of 8.54 in the last six months on Reclame AQUI. Furthermore, EstrelaBet resolves 100% of requests made on the platform, with more than 90% of customers guaranteeing that they would do business with the company again, monthly.
Final voting for the awards begins on September 1st and continues until October 31st, exclusively on the Reclame AQUI Award website. To participate, you must be over 18 years old and have a registration with Reclame Aqui.
Each consumer will be able to vote for only one company per category, selecting the one that, in their opinion, offers the best service. The winning companies will be announced in December, during the awards ceremony.
This year, the 'Reclame AQUI' Award brought some changes to its evaluation criteria, to make the award even more competitive. The changes involved:
Reputation: participating companies must have an evaluation rated as "Good", "Great" or "RA1000" in the last six months on the 'Reclame AQUI' website, maintaining this status until the end of the vote count.
Categories: companies can register in up to two categories, increasing their representation in the competition.
Cut-off score: there is no longer a requirement for a minimum average number of assessments for participation. Good commission as rated by customers is the main criterion.
Regular reputation: companies that have their approval downgraded to "Regular" after nomination can continue to participate, but will not compete for the award, unless they recover their rating by the end of voting.
Multiplier factor: after voting, the points will be multiplied according to the company's confidence in Reclame AQUI. Companies with confidence "RA1000" in at least seven regular intervals a multiplier factor of 2.0. Companies with "Excellent" or "RA1000" seven-period confidence have a factor of 1.2. The default factor is 1.0 for the others.
