The debate that will decipher the regulation of sports betting and online gambling is open to professionals in the sector and will focus on the transition from the unregulated market to the now regulated one, authorizations, payment transactions and taxation on operators and bettors.
“The first ordinances that regulate the fixed-odd betting sector in Brazil have been published, and now it is necessary to discuss the main legal and commercial aspects to consider under the new regulations,” highlights Pinheiro Neto Advogados when justifying the meeting and for invite interested parties.
Operators interested in obtaining authorization from the Prizes and Betting Secretariat have a period of 90 days to submit their request, if they want to secure a statement from the SPA this year.
