SPA appoints coordinators to monitor betting, systems and money laundering control

The Official Gazette of the Union this Thursday (11) brings three new appointments to the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance. André Lartigau Wainer (money laundering monitoring coordinator), João Paulo Resende Borges (general systems coordinator) and Renato Perez Pucci (general betting inspection coordinator) join the SPA staff.

The Secretary of Prizes and Betting at the Ministry of Finance, Regis Dudena, signs three decrees and publishes in the Official Gazette of the Union this Thursday (11), appointing new members to the portfolio in the role of coordinators.

André Lartigau Wainer, a specialist in public policies and government management, was appointed to the SPA Subsecretariat for Monitoring and Inspection as money laundering control coordinator.

In public service since 2009, Wainer had held the position of head of the Division of Processing Requests for International Legal Cooperation in Civil Matters at the National Secretariat of Justice of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security.

João Paulo Resende Borges, who worked as an analyst at the Central Bank, takes on the role of general systems coordinator at the SPA Subsecretariat for Monitoring and Inspection.

Graduated in Law, Economic Sciences and International Relations, Borges was in charge of the Planning, Knowledge Management and Digital Channels Division at the Central Bank.

At the SPA Subsecretariat for Monitoring and Inspection, the new general coordinator of betting inspection is Renato Perez Pucci, federal finance and control auditor.

An accountant from the University of Brasília, Pucci has already worked at the National Treasury Secretariat and since February this year has been part of the staff of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting as general coordinator of systems.
