The authorization is valid for a period of three years, counting from the publication of the Ordinance, as long as the conditions of legal qualification, tax and labor regularity, suitability and technical qualification demonstrated in the Process records are maintained.

Since May this year, Quinel has been one of the laboratories accredited by Lottopar to work with lottery and sports betting operators in Paraná.
With Quinel's approval, the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance now has five laboratories capable of certifying betting systems, live gaming studios and online games: GLI, BMM, eCogra, Gaming Associates and, now, to Quinel.
