Specialist in Constitutional and Administrative Law, Simone has more than 20 years of experience in direct and indirect public administration, at the federal, state and municipal levels.
Among several positions, she held the positions of general coordinator of Lotteries and deputy secretary of Prizes and Bets at the Ministry of Finance, working on the preparation of proposals, processing and approval of Law 14,790/2023, which initiated the regulation of quota bets fixed in Brazil.
Vicentini was also in charge of establishing the sector's regulatory policy, according to the 2024 Regulatory Agenda of the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA), from January to May this year.
Among the various online betting regulation standards that he coordinated, the most notable are the qualification of certifying entities for online betting systems, live and online gaming studios, the discipline of payment transactions and the establishment of the sector's Regulatory Policy.
During the period, she also concluded and sent to the National Treasury Attorney General's Office (PGFN) the drafts of the other ordinances that make up Phase I of the SPA Regulatory Agenda.
