Vai de Bet, Betpix365 and ObaBet promote event to train employees in customer service

The BPX Group, owner of the Vai de Bet, Betpix365 and ObaBet brands, took the time to adapt its internal processes to the new federal government regulations and promoted this Wednesday (24) a workshop for its employees. The focus was to improve support and customer service services and comply with the rules of Ordinance SPA/MF nº 827, which establishes criteria for how to respond to user demands.

The BPX Group held an event for employees last Wednesday (24) in Campina Grande, Brazil, through Join Us company, its own internalized segment dedicated to excellence in customer service, to improve customer support and service services.

Service providers from São Paulo traveled for a day dedicated to training and workshops. The professionals from the BPX Group held a day of training, lectures and workshops on best practices.

Owner of the Vai de Bet, Betpix365 and ObaBet brands, the BPX Group relies on the support of the companies Zendesk and inFocusCX for customer service. Recently, Vai de Bet and Betpix365 received the RA1000, a seal provided by Reclame AQUI that certifies the companies' commitment to resolving issues, doubts and meeting the needs of customers. ObaBet received a score of 9.3 on the same platform and achieved the optimal reward.

Also aiming at the regulation of sports betting and online gaming in Brazil, which will occur on January 1, 2025, the BPX Group seeks to comply with all legal and technical requirements to qualify among the companies seeking authorization from the federal government to operate in the iGaming sector.

In May of this year, the Ministry of Finance published Ordinance SPA/MF No. 827, which, among ten annexes, establishes that companies must have structures in Brazil to accommodate customer service channels that operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with telephone and electronic channels in Portuguese.

The BPX Group wants to be fully qualified to operate in accordance with the conditional standards for 2025 and, therefore, we are already anticipating upgrades and training in the different operations we have for Vai de Bet, Betpix365 and ObaBet,", highlighted Aislla Rocha, co.-CEO of the BPX Group.
