The Minas Gerais State Lottery (LEMG), in its role as a protagonist in the regulated gaming industry in Brazil, is advancing new initiatives to expand and develop its gaming portfolio.
Seeking the evolution of standards of operational excellence, with the publication of Notice of Consultation/Public Hearing LEMG nº 001/2024, the municipality began the work of preparing the process for future accreditation of Technical Testing and Certification Laboratories for official lottery games in the State.
These laboratories will be responsible for carrying out rigorous conformity assessments of the products and services offered to bettors, in all functionalities of lottery systems, bet capture terminals, online platforms and other related components.
Through precise and independent technical verifications, the certifications issued by them will prove the integrity and security of the games, guaranteeing the absence of any scope for fraud, in accordance with the highest international quality standards.
Aligned with the institution's "Strategic Planning 2023-2024", with a priority focus on innovation, this initiative is part of the business continuity dynamic, seeking to enable another century of uninterrupted operations, based on achieving maximum efficiency in the commercial exploitation of games regulated by contracted concessionaires.
Ultimately, this is a permanent challenge for good day-to-day management of the business, diligently improving the results of official lottery operations in the market.
In this sense, the accreditation of the laboratories will support the existing quality standards of the products and services offered to Minas Gerais players and will indicate new paths for an even more consistent technical evolution, with total transparency and legality, values ??intrinsic to the Loteria Mineira.
Those interested in giving their opinion on the specific conditions proposed in the set of documents must present a rationale with the arguments of the statements/contributions to be made available by the participants.
