KTO closes sponsorship with Minas Tênis Clube in volleyball and basketball

Minas Tênis Clube will have a new sponsorship for the basketball and volleyball teams. The sports betting company KTO signed a contract with the club until the end of 2026 and will stamp its brand on the Belo Horizonte team's uniform in both sports. The deal will be managed by Heatmap, a sports marketing agency that will be responsible for monitoring all existing commercial counterparts, suggesting ideas and carrying out activations in accordance with KTO's strategic objectives.

Being side by side with a national club like Minas Tênis Clube is a source of great pride for KTO. For us, it is a priority to support and build the future of sport together with a reference club in the training and development of athletes. Furthermore, with the help of Heatmap, we intend to make this relationship help the Minas Tênis Clube brand on and off the court,” highlights Andreas Müller, Head of Marketing Brazil at KTO.

The contract calls for KTO to print the front of the basketball team's uniform. In volleyball, the brand will be on the sleeves of the men's team and on the sides of the women's shirt. The partnership also includes presence in gyms, bench wraps, signs, stickers at the back of the court and in interview backdrops.

The arrival of KTO as a sponsor of three sports reinforces the power that Minas is in the sporting field. Having a company of this size with us on three fronts is very important for maintaining the great projects we already have here at the Club. Furthermore, the Minas Tênis Clube's member will be able to enjoy the actions of this partner in their daily lives within the Units, which is excellent when we think about the leisure and entertainment we want to provide to our members,” celebrates Carlos Henrique Martins Teixeira, president of Minas.

The announcement of the partnership between KTO and Minas Tênis Clube was made this Monday (1) with the broadcast of a film on the social networks of both institutions. Produced by Heatmap, the material recalled historical moments of the Belo Horizonte club through photos taken since 1935, the year the club was founded.

This is an agreement that gives us the possibility of working on numerous aspects that go beyond brand exposure. Our objective is to create a plan so that the company and the club can promote the partnership through disruptive experiences and actions,” says Renê Salviano, CEO of Heatmap.

KTO will also participate in content that will be published on the social networks of both Minas sports. Finally, the company will be part of actions and experiences at Arena Uni BH, including promotional activations with fans and the involvement of athletes in events of interest.
