Rodrigo Faro tried to defeat the former striker by shooting at the crossbar from the edge of the area and by scoring goals from midfield without letting the ball touch the ground. The episodes will air on Real’s social networks and whoever guesses the number of goals and shots on the crossbar that each player scores will compete for the prize.
In total for the challenges, including the other sports, R$ 5,000 (US$900) will be distributed to those who follow the series.
“Brazilians are watching the Olympic Games with great fervor. Every day brings suffering and joy to cheer for our representatives. But here at ‘DesaFaro’ it will be all joy and those who follow the competitions will still be able to leave with full pockets,” says Rodrigo, official ambassador of Reals.

In addition to football, the presenter will try to break Michael Phelps’ record in swimming. The American is the greatest Olympic athlete of all time, with 28 medals in total, 23 of which are gold, another milestone on his resume.
There is also the basketball challenge, in which Rodrigo Faro will be inspired by Stephen Curry and will try to make shots from the middle of the court. The fan who guesses how many balls he hits will be entered into the running for the most prizes.

The series will have six episodes, which will be shown throughout the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. In addition to his debut in soccer, Rodrigo Faro will try to overcome his limits as an athlete in swimming, basketball, calisthenics and barbells.
