The week in Belo Horizonte will be full for fans of the sport, especially for Atlético-MG supporters. The city will host a stage of the Stock Car Pro Series for the first time, which took place in the surroundings and on the Esplanada do Mineirão, in the Pampulha region.
Betano, sponsored by Galo (as the Atlético-MG is called in Brazil), Brasileirão Betano Championship and driver Felipe Massa, is holding exclusive activations for the general public, ‘Galo na Veia’ members and customers.
The first chapter of this story took place at Arena MRV. The last tour of the arena on August 14th, at 4pm, will be closed to 'Galo na Veia' members, who have already redeemed the action and invited Betano, with the special presence of Felipe Massa, who will do a photo and autograph session at the end. A Stock Car simulator will be installed for use by fans, which will be available on the following days for use by all those who take the arena tour.
Saturday (17) will be full of excitement on the track and in the field. In the morning, at the Toninho da Matta Circuit, named in honor of the Minas Gerais native who is one of the greatest names in Brazilian motorsports, the qualifying laps will be held, and in the afternoon, there will be a sprint race (30 minutes + 1 lap). Two 'Galo na Veia' members and two Betano guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a privileged space, with a visit to the pit and an exclusive conversation with Felipe Massa and his team.
At 4:00 p.m., the ball will roll at the MRV Arena between Atlético-MG and Cuiabá, for the 23rd round of the Betano Brasileirão.
As has become tradition at the Galo stadium, Betano will hold pre-match activities on the esplanade: futmesa, Betano Challenge and samba for everyone.
The fifth round of the “Intervalo Betano” (a halftime), the main activity at the Betano Brasileirão stadiums, also took place during this game – fans will go to the field to participate in a target kick competition, achieving a ranking among all the clubs in the championship's Série A. The Stock Car simulator will remain at the Arena until the end of the game, serving fans in VIP boxes.
To round off the package, on Sunday (18), the main Stock Car race took place at Mineirão, this time with 50 minutes + 1 lap to decide the champion of the stage. 'Galo na Veia' members and Betano customers will offer gifts to cheer on the brand ambassador, Felipe Massa, with access to the VIP lounge, box and exclusive photos with the driver.
