With the regulatory process for the segment in Brazil, it was defined that the regulations for the regulated market will come into effect on January 1, 2025, when all operators in the sector must comply with the guidelines already established. In this sense, the SPA/MF guaranteed the return, by the end of the year, for companies that submitted the authorization request by the 20th.
“The start of the regulated market will be a milestone for the entire industry and we celebrate yet another step that Casa de Apostas is taking to continue standing out in the Brazilian market, proving its credibility and compliance with the guidelines for the sector,” says Hans Schleier, COO of Casa de Apostas.

Founded in 2013 in Europe, Casa de Apostas is the first genuinely Brazilian brand in the betting sector, present in the country since 2019. It was a pioneer in the sponsorship movement for national clubs, such as Cruzeiro, Santos, Bahia and Vitória.
Since the end of last year, the company has adopted the strategy of investing in the acquisition of naming rights for stadiums in Brazil – something unprecedented among companies in the sector in the country –, by naming Fonte Nova and Arena das Dunas.
This year, the company also acquired sponsorship quotas for the broadcast of the 2024 Copa do Nordeste on SBT, and the Série B of the Brazilian Championship, on the Sportv and Premiere channels.
With safe and reliable bets, Casa de Apostas also has the credibility of ambassador Renata Fan, presenter of Jogo Aberto and a long-time partner of the company. More recently, comedian Danilo Gentili also became part of the team.
