With a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Coppead UFRJ, Schneiderman arrives with the mission of strengthening Blaze's operations in Brazil, which is a priority market for the company.

With over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance, the executive has a long history in financial planning and operational management, having served as CFO of Lance! and almost a decade at Brookfield, a Canadian multinational real estate company, and another nine years at Multiplan.
