A new accreditation process is now open at the Rio de Janeiro State Lottery. This time, Loterj will accredit specialized companies to operate the lottery modality of numerical prediction lottery (Multiple Chances).
The scope of supply will include: creation of products (games), printing, storage, distribution, marketing, drawing, validation and payment of prizes, as well as preparation, proposal, guidance and execution of advertising campaigns.
The Notice provides for the accreditation of several companies, on a competitive basis, to offer this modality. Operation will be granted to all interested companies or consortiums that meet the requirements of the Notice, without limits on the number of accredited companies, respecting and fulfilling the conditions of qualification and technical qualification.
National or foreign legal entities that carry out activities compatible with the purpose to be contracted, individually or in a consortium, may participate in this procedure, provided that they fully satisfy all the conditions for accreditation and applicable legislation.
Accredited companies will pay 5% on the GGR in the numerical prediction lottery modality (multiple chances) until the fifth business day of the following month.
The companies must adhere, within a maximum period of five business days after signing the Accreditation Agreement, to the Payment System provider contracted by Loterj to process payments related to bets and prizes for Loterj lottery products.
The Accreditation will be valid for 10 years from the date of publication of the Accreditation Agreement extract in the Official Gazette of the State of Rio de Janeiro (DOE/RJ), and may be terminated in advance for the reasons or conditions established in the Notice.
