This is the 14th edition of the event that awards the companies with the best reputations on the 'Reclame AQUI' website.
The award is known for having the participation and direct vote of consumers. Anyone who is registered on the platform and is over 18 years old can participate and choose, based on their experiences, the most reliable company of 2024.

Being in the running shows that we are committed to serving our customers, by providing immediate, effective support that ensures a positive experience at all points of contact,” highlighted Marcela Campos, vice president of Grupo Esportes da Sorte.
“Therefore, this voting moment is part of the recognition process in relation to our work and reflects how the public sees our solidity and transparency with them.”
To participate in the vote, users just need to use the same login and password to access their 'Reclame AQUI' account and choose the companies that they want to win the trophy. The award ceremony is scheduled for December 10.
