The sports initiative to offer physical and online gaming and betting products to the state's tourist complex also has the support of ABIH (Brazilian Association of Hotels of Paraná) and ADETUR (Cultural Development and Sustainable Tourism Agency of the Paraná Coast).
The idea is to place QR codes inside hotel rooms so that guests can play online, in addition to physical means of offering scratch cards in hotel shops, magnetic cards, and holding recreational events for adults in integrated resorts and hotels, providing unique experiences.
But the main feature will be lottery machines (slots) and totems inside hotels, which could be located throughout hotel facilities in the state of Paraná.
According to Bruno Omori, president of IDT-Cema and director of games and hospitality at FHORESP (Federation of Hotels, Restaurants, Bars and Similar Establishments of the State of São Paulo), “this is an opportunity that will bring unique entertainment to tourists, in addition to generating new revenue for the hotel chain, including theme parks and restaurants in the state of Paraná”.
IDT-Cema invited ABIH-PR to join the partnership, with the presence of its president, Paulo Iglesias, and also ADETUR, represented by its president Eros Tozetto. The launch of the Apostou.com partnership was attended by CEO Joao Motta, Lottopar President Daniel Romanowski, and Bruno Omori, from IDT-Cema.
João Motta presented the company's origins in the offshore market, and then defined the investment of tens of millions of reais for the Paraná lottery market with the solid project created by Lottopar. He then explained to the tourism trade leaders about Apostou's products that will be available to create a synergistic partnership with the hotel and tourism industry in the 399 cities of Paraná.
