Betfair opens vacancies for the Brazilian sports betting and online gaming market

In a clear demonstration that it will soon submit its application for a license in Brazil, Betfair has just opened job vacancies for professionals to work in the country. The website of Flutter International, which owns the brand, listed positions for customer service agents, due diligence analysts and customer complaints specialists.

* Key Account EDD Analyst: analyst specialized in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for key accounts. The role involves conducting detailed checks and investigations on high-value customers and accounts to ensure compliance with regulations, prevent fraud and identify risks associated with financial activities. “You will report directly to the KAM EDD Manager and will be responsible for analyzing customers from a money laundering risk perspective, while also providing an excellent customer experience for our most valued players,” Flutter explains.

* Customer Service Agent: There are customer service agent vacancies for morning, afternoon and evening shifts. “Become a customer service agent and play a key role in shaping the customer experience at Betfair International! You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling all customer queries through various channels, such as telephone, email, live chat, social media and even telephone betting,” defines the company.

* Complaints Specialist: a professional specialized in managing, investigating and resolving customer complaints. This role is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction, improving internal processes and protecting the company’s reputation. The complaints specialist acts as an intermediary between the customer and the company, seeking to resolve issues efficiently and to the satisfaction of both parties. “You will report directly to the Complaints Team Manager and will be responsible for the administration and management of customer interactions that fall outside the core support process flow,” the vacancy states.
