Luck.bet celebrates authorization to operate in the Brazilian market and trusts in industry growth

A Brazilian betting house based in the state of Mato Grosso, Luck.bet, has obtained authorization from the Federal Government to continue its operations in the national market. With the document obtained from the Ministry of Finance, the company is 100% ready to operate in accordance with the new regulations, which came into effect on January 1, 2025.

We have been working hard to deliver a complete and safe service to our customers. In recent months, we have made changes and adjustments to comply with the legislation. We knew that updating the list was only a matter of time. We are ready to operate in the regulated market and we believe that 2025 will be a very positive year for the sector, of maturity and appreciation of Responsible Gaming,” celebrates Feliphe Almeida, CTO of Luck.bet.

Since the beginning, the company has been following the process and meeting the requests made by regulatory bodies. The approval for the right to receive the authorization took place on the 18th, with the payment of the grant being made on December 31, 2024. Since then, all that was missing was publication on the official list of the Ministry of Finance for the company to resume operations.

The entire Luck.bet system was readjusted to comply with the new rules requested. The brand's official website (add website address) resumed operations this Wednesday (15), with customers being able to bet and play responsibly again or withdraw the amounts they had, without any loss.

Luck.bet, founded in 2021 and headquartered in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, is a Brazilian online betting company that stands out on the national scene.
