GMB - What news/releases are you bringing to ICE Barcelona 2025?
Osman Walker -
We are thrilled to showcase our products at this exhibition that reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction – and some of them are still prototypes so it is a premiere showcase.

Building on the feedback and insights gathered from our previous exhibitions, we have developed enhanced versions of our core products, incorporating the latest technology and user-friendly features. Our team is eager to engage with all the visitors at Barcelona, where we can share our vision, and demonstrate how our offerings can add value to their operations. We believe these new releases will contribute to the advancement of our sector.

How do you see this huge edition of ICE now being held in Barcelona?
This edition of ICE held in Barcelona represents a significant opportunity for growth and expansion within our industry. Transitioning from London to Barcelona means an expanded reach to more diverse participants and stakeholders. We expect the new location to attract a broader audience, creating more connections with potential business partners and clients from various backgrounds.

While we aim to build on the strengths of previous editions, such as engaging presentations and networking opportunities, we are excited about the possibilities this exhibition presents and look forward to sharing insights and experiences with fellow industry leaders.

What plans and objectives does your company have for LatAm and Brazil in these first months of the year?
As we enter LatAm and Brazil, our primary objective is to establish a solid foothold and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. As these regions pose unique challenges and opportunities, we are committed to addresses local trends and preferences.

We would need to invest in market research to have a better grasp of customer behavior and preferences, as well as forging partnerships with more local operators to enhance our reach. By focusing on collaboration and research, we expect to successfully penetrate these markets and create customer satisfaction for our new partners.

What do you think will be the main technological trends in your sector for 2025?
2025 is a year of several key trends that will shape our sector. AR casinos are getting common – and we are launching products related to this part. It is an art to fuse reality and AR technology into something fun for both casual and veteran players. Products that give an excellent blend of these two will substantially enhance user engagement.

Cryptocurrencies will also play a more significant role, as it is more important for businesses to acquire secure transactions. Furthermore, artificial intelligence will play a greater role in product development and customization. Keeping pace with these trends is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge in our industry.

The big events in Brazil (SBC Rio and BiS SiGMA) are coming soon... do you plan to be present there?
While our 2025 event plan is still open, we are interested in participating in exhibitions that align with our strategic goals. As a predominantly online sector, these events held in emerging markets are rare opportunities for face-to-face interactions. They allow us to meet with local operators and players, gaining valuable insights into how our products are perceived and engaged with in local real-world settings.

We are reviewing all exhibitions and will join those that best fit our needs. These major events are definitely in our review list.
