Games Magazine Brasil had the opportunity to hear from Vigen Badalyan, founder and CEO of the conglomerate, some insights into the highlights that the company brought to ICE Barcelona and its vocation to expand the range of solutions for the entire global iGaming environment.
Very attentive to the direction of regulation in Brazil, Vigen also pointed out the consolidation of the Brazilian operation of Vbet, the Group's sports betting and online gaming company, which obtained the license from the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance to operate in the country.
The interview was attended also by Matt Sahakian, Director of Strategic B2B Projects at BetConstruct, who also highlighted the Group's commitment to always seeking innovation and technological improvements in all of the company's verticals.
According to him, BetConstruct spares no effort to adapt its products and make them suitable for the new jurisdictions they enter, following all regulatory processes. "This is what happened in Brazil, where we tropicalized our offerings in accordance with the rules stipulated by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance."
GMB - What novelties did BetConstruct bring to ICE Barcelona?
Vigen Badalyan - In this first edition of ICE in Barcelona, we presented the products of the SoftConstruct group, particularly the crypto part and especially Ortac, a product that is still recent but very innovative, and that will also bring great news to the iGaming sector itself.
What is your perspective regarding the entry of these products into the Brazilian market?
BetConstruct is always ahead in markets where regularization is in process and willing to adapt in the best possible way to regulations in Brazil and also in other markets that have growth potential.
Does BetConstruct already have a consolidated operation in Brazil?
Of course! Vbet, a company in the group, is also ahead in this historic process within the regulated Brazilian market, having been approved by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance to operate in the iGaming sector.
What are BetConstruct's plans for the coming months in the Brazilian market?
Two things: the first is, obviously, to work well with Vbet's license and its operation in Brazil. The second is to work on technological innovation in relation to blockchain, Ortac and crypto. The Group's priorities will be to adapt and tropicalize these products in a Brazilian way for success in Brazil.
