AMIG debuted its happy hour at ICE Barcelona 2025

The traditional AMIG happy hour had its debut at ICE Barcelona last January 21, bringing the second day of the event to a close. Created to be a welcoming and relaxed space, it has been consolidating itself as an essential moment to strengthen ties between the entity's associations and expand AMIG's presence at the industry's main shows.

With each edition, we receive numerous positive feedback on how this environment encourages the creation of genuine connections, allowing our members and other participants to share experiences, celebrate achievements and expand their contact networks. In this last edition, more than 100 people attended our happy hour, demonstrating a genuine interest in learning more about AMIG,” said Natalia Nogues, one of the co-founders of AMIG.

This time, the happy hour was held in partnership with Bazk, a gold supporter of AMIG, and sponsored by Sorte Online and Liftoff.

The event brought together members, industry professionals interested in joining AMIG, partner companies and many men from the industry who reinforce the importance of our movement and continue to actively support us.

In addition, other gold supporters — Pay4Fun, Control F5, WEpayments, IDnow and Legitimuz — and silver supporters — CNC Contábil and Tozzini Freire Advogados — were represented in communications and continue to strengthen trajectory of AMIG.

Marcella Santiago, Secretary of the AMIG Planning Committee and research analyst at TheRegulationService, said “AMIG’s happy hour has already become our trademark, a special moment of connection between our members and a valuable opportunity to meet new professionals interested in strengthening this sector”.

More than a meeting, it is a reflection of our commitment to contributing and welcoming more and more women into the industry. AMIG’s participation in this year’s ICE reaffirms this purpose, demonstrating our continuous effort to create spaces for visibility, networking and growth for everyone,” she concluded.

Natalia Nogues, co-founder of AMIG and CEO of Control F5, said "Our debut at ICE Barcelona was fantastic! AMIG's happy hour has become an anticipated event, and this edition exceeded all expectations. More than just a moment of celebration, it is our way of bringing together members, meeting new women interested in joining the association and further strengthening our presence in the gaming industry."

"We know how valuable these meetings are and we are dedicated to ensuring that each one maintains the energy and warm welcome they always receive. Our happy hour has gained more and more prominence, reinforcing the impact of our work and our purpose. It was inspiring to see so many people engaged, companies supporting our cause and, above all, celebrating everything we have achieved together in less than a year of association!, "she said.

The next happy hour is scheduled to take place during the SBC Summit Rio, from February 25 to 27, at Riocentro, Rio.
