“Atlaslive will strengthen its global presence by expanding in strategic sectors such as Brazil”

During ICE Barcelona 2025, Lidiia Vakulenko, COO of Atlaslive, reaffirmed the company’s global strategy highlighting the importance of diversifying markets and investing in innovation. She shared how the firm is prepared to expand its presence in Brazil, a sector that will be “the next big player” in iGaming. After obtaining essential certifications and enhancing its platform, Atlaslive is now focused on consolidating partnerships and offering solutions tailored to local needs.

GMB - How important is it for Atlaslive to establish a local presence in different parts of the world and participate in major iGaming events such as ICE 2025?
Lidiia Vakulenko - Building a strong global presence is essential because we believe in diversifying our customer base and revenue streams. We do not want to rely on just one region, one type of customer or one single source of income.

A good balance between jurisdictions and market segments ensures stability and growth. For example, our platform is fully compliant with Brazil’s iGaming regulations, and in 2024 we proudly achieved ISO and GLI certifications. This positions us perfectly to enter developing markets such as Brazil, which have incredible potential.

Being active at major events such as ICE Barcelona also means ensuring that people hear about us and recognize our platform in the most important markets. These events allow us to showcase how we are constantly innovating, whether it’s adding new features, increasing flexibility for our partners or adapting solutions to meet diverse needs. At ICE Barcelona, we had an incredible experience. We held many meetings with new and existing clients, as well as potential partners.

These meetings were not just about discussing projects, we discovered new opportunities for collaboration, finalized details on several planned deals to close and explored innovative ideas that are defining the future of iGaming. It was extremely motivating and a strong reminder that staying connected with the global industry is so crucial to our growth strategy.

Do customers in different jurisdictions have unique needs?
Absolutely. Each market has its own characteristics, from player preferences and playing styles to the level of exposure to casino games or sports betting. In many regions, gaming opportunities are still relatively new, which means operators must adapt quickly to meet ever-changing user demands.

One of the most important factors is following regulatory requirements. Regulations are not always difficult, but they are essential to ensure transparency and safe gaming. Strong compliance frameworks are constrained, and we are committed to addressing these challenges to remain a trusted platform and partner.

At Atlaslive, our dedicated team works hard to ensure our iGaming platform is compliant, scalable and adaptable so that we can effectively support operators in a variety of markets.

How do you see the iGaming industry changing in the coming years?
The iGaming industry is constantly evolving, with companies becoming stronger, better funded and more competitive.

Market concentration is something we see happening naturally, especially in regions like the US. Looking ahead, I think Brazil will be the next big player. With gaming now fully regulated and legalised by January 2025, the market has become incredibly attractive to large operators.

This newfound market is a game changer, but it also presents challenges. Smaller operators face strong competition from larger groups. To remain competitive, it is essential to partner with advanced B2B technology providers and deliver highly engaging, technology-driven entertainment that resonates with local players.

After attending ICE in Barcelona, connecting with customers and partners, and hearing about the trends shaping 2025, what do you think is the key to Atlaslive’s success in the industry this year?
There are so many factors that highlight our strength in the market right now, it is difficult to single out just one. That said, I believe our continued focus on enhancing our iGaming platform, building new partnerships in emerging regions, and maintaining a strong commitment to customer service are key. These elements are at the core of what we do and we have a clear vision of how to develop them.

What did Atlaslive bring to ICE Barcelona 2025?
The start of 2025 brings many opportunities for us in the future. We feel more confident than ever with the key improvements we have made to our product, which have been tested with our top operators. Throughout 2024, we invested significant efforts in product development with the goal of increasing retention rates for our operators, improving important details such as average revenue per user, and increasing the security and stability of our platform.

However, the biggest breakthrough for us in terms of product development was our advanced data analysis tools. We developed a comprehensive market analysis system within platform that allows operators to deeply analyze operational and product metrics, enabling truly data-driven decisions.

In addition, we provide in-depth on-site analytics and daily consulting services to help our operators optimize their operations, increase gross gaming revenue, and improve other critical metrics. The results have been remarkable — since implementing these analytics tools, we have seen a 15-20% improvement in key performance indicators. The positive feedback from the market has been incredibly encouraging.

And what are Atlaslive’s plans for Brazil and Latin America this year?
Brazil and the Latin American market in general are absolutely top priorities for Atlaslive. In 2024, we were fully focused on meeting Brazil’s regulatory requirements, which was a tough challenge.

However, we managed to obtain all the necessary certifications, including security, GLI platform testing and integration testing. Now, everything is in place to ensure that our operators comply with regulations and that players in Brazil can enjoy a safe and reliable gaming experience. We have also implemented several security improvements to ensure player confidence in our platform.

Speaking of Brazil, will Atlaslive be present at major industry events there, such as SBC Rio and BiS SiGMA Americas?
Absolutely, 100%! The entire team will be there. As I mentioned, Latin America is a priority market for us right now. We will be present at SBC Rio and SiGMA São Paulo, and we are also opening an office in Brazil soon. This will allow us to be even closer to the local market and provide more personalized support to our partners and operators. It was a bit of a secret, not yet officially announced, but I believe it is the best decision we could make this year.

When should this happen?
I hope within the next two months.
