In Paraná, five companies are authorized to operate 'Bets' services, namely Apostou.com, Bplay, Betplay, Pixbet and Nossabet, with Apostou.com also having the license to operate in numerical, instant and passive forecasting modes.
According to Lottopar president Daniel Romanowski, “the regulation of fixed-odds betting marks a major turning point, with management and payment method companies becoming the main players. From now on, only those companies that are serious and have the appropriate license will be authorized to operate in the country, ensuring greater security and transparency for the sector.”
The regulated market is here and with it the end of the legal creativity of other states. With the preliminary decision by Minister André Mendonça, the states that promised to deliver more than they should have will no longer be able to continue operating outside their territorial limits. Lottopar congratulates the team of the technical director, Dr. Halila, as well as the State Attorney General's Office (PGE), on behalf of Dr. Felipe and Dr. Luciano Borges.
“This is Brazil beginning a new milestone in the lottery market, which brings benefits to bettors, who are assured of safe entertainment, to legalized operators, who invest in the country, as well as to the country itself, which can generate new jobs, income and reinvestment of the resources generated for the population itself,” highlights Lottopar.
