“Weebet has implemented AI to ensure customer success and the best user experience”

Weebet, a leading iGaming platform provider in Brazil, has been increasingly updating its technology, implementing improvements that include AI-based solutions. CEO Lenildo Nogueira gave an exclusive interview to GMB and commented about the company’s advances, its full compliance with regulations and its vocation for developing customized tools for operators that ensure total satisfaction and the best experience for bettors.


GMB - You're back at ICE, this time in Barcelona. What new things did Weebet present for the international iGaming market?

ICE was a trade show that, although we already know it's huge and that everyone is waiting for it, this year had a different twist. It was the first event after the Brazilian regulated market. We were eagerly awaiting this event.

Weebet is focused on the Brazilian market and we presented our platform to the world, with the aim of exploring the Brazilian market in the most positive way possible and in a tropicalized way. We know that it's a big challenge for anyone coming from abroad to work in Brazil. So, Weebet offers this possibility because we are a 100% Brazilian company, developed by Brazilians. We are fully prepared for the Brazilian market.

 



So, what were the new developments?
The first thing we announced was the fact that we were ready to meet all the certifications required to operate in the Brazilian regulated market, all of them, without missing a single one. Weebet is 100% ready for the regulated Brazilian market.

In addition, we are investing in artificial intelligence. We have a partner and developed a project together and we are showing this new feature to our partner operators, focusing heavily on customization and the bettor experience. We want to offer something specific to each bettor, and not something generic that sometimes does not meet specific tastes.

 



In other words, Weebet seeks to increasingly offer additional solutions to operators. Is this the path to differentiation in the market?
Of course. In addition to offering differentiation, we work with customization. The idea is to deliver a different experience to each operator and guarantee complete satisfaction for the bettor. Weebet is very committed to this.

What else is coming in terms of new features, since the regulated market has only recently begun and it still seems like something is missing? What will this something more be from Weebet?
The most important thing is what we are noticing on a daily basis. We are part of the Brazilian market and understand the country's culture. This allows us to offer Brazilian bettors advantages that outsiders have difficulty noticing. We are always looking for this.

Artificial intelligence will be a differentiator, but we also bring the "Brazilian way" and regionalism. We want operators who work with Weebet to get closer to their customers, who are the bettors.

The regulated market can expect even more innovations, but is it already well served by Weebet solutions?
Of course, it can. We are always developing new things and innovative resources. At this first stage, the focus was on being 100% ready, a commitment we made from the beginning. But we have a development roadmap with many things that I cannot reveal right now. What I can say is that those who invest in the market with Weebet will always be prepared and with more and more innovations.

So can the market expect more innovations at SBC Rio de Janeiro and BiS SiGMA São Paulo?
Of course. We will be present at both events and more innovations will be presented there.
