The 64-room luxury hotel will open in summer 2026, with an additional 120-suite hotel opening in the second phase. The project also includes three residential towers. Cipriani Resort Residences & Casino will be located on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
“I firmly believe that this latest extension of our four-generation brand will redefine luxury in South America,” said entrepreneur Giuseppe Cipriani.
“It will bring the level of service, quality of detail and richness of offerings, whether in amenities, dining options, entertainment or overall lifestyle, that this historic location and Punta del Este deserve year-round.”
Comprising 65 residences, Cipriani Residences’ first residential tower offers two- to five-bedroom layouts with a selection of corner, half-floor and full-floor residences, as well as a limited collection of duplex residences.
Residences range in size from 2,000 square feet for corner residences to 9,000 square feet for full-floor residences, with select units featuring outdoor terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
Residences feature 100-square-foot floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic ocean views. Interiors feature imported Italian marble floors, freestanding soaking tubs in master bathrooms and vanities.
Each residence is equipped with technology, including an interface to essential building services such as concierge, valet parking and security.
