"THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, exercising the powers conferred by Article 55, Item I, of Annex I of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, and in accordance with Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, resolves:
Article 1 – To authorize the following legal entity to operate fixed-odds lottery betting, pursuant to Laws No. 13,756 of December 12, 2018, and No. 14,790 of December 29, 2023, as well as the ordinances issued by the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting, based on the information contained in process SIGAP No. 0079/2024:"
