“Xtremepush has a 100% Brazilian team prepared for the local market”

Xtremepush is going through a significant moment, increasingly penetrating Brazil and LatAm. Álvaro Camargo, country manager Brazil, shared in an exclusive interview with GMB that the company has seen great acceptance of its solutions, especially in CRM, gamification, AI and Business Intelligence. This year, its focus is on expanding the platform, including the launch of a new version in February.

 

GMB - How was ICE this year for Xtremepush?

- Our presence at the fair this year is a very important moment for us. We have been working in Brazil for two years and it has been a very cool journey.

Last year, we really structured our presence in Brazil and we have seen a great growth in the acceptance of our platform in the market. This is a time to celebrate everything we have built and what we are still building in the iGaming market, especially in Brazil.

For this edition of ICE, did Xtremepush come to present any new products or just to network?
We are focused on expanding our platform. Xtremepush is an Irish company with 10 years of history, and in the last year we have started to operate more intensively in Brazil, establishing a local presence at the beginning of last year.

Many of our solutions are already well known, but some are still new to the public. Our core business involves CRM, engagement, Gamification, Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence. Today, we are highlighting these solutions and also announcing the new version of our platform, which will be launched in February.

What are Xtremepush's plans for Brazil and Latin America in the future?
Our plan is to grow in Brazil within the regulated market. We already have some very important brands working with us, including global companies that are using our platform in the country.

We have managed to significantly expand our operations and are now further expanding our presence in Latin America. Betting houses and platforms have recognized the power of our solution, which has allowed us to connect with all of them and bring more possibilities to their customers.

 



With the move of ICE from London to Barcelona, has there been a positive impact in terms of location, size and customer relationships?
It was extremely positive! The event is even bigger than it was in London, and the location helped a lot. We have received a lot of interest from new customers and also from partners that we have been looking for some time.

One of the great innovations that we are introducing is Gamification, which has gained a lot of visibility in the market after the regulation. Gamification is a differentiator, and no other company has as many gamification mechanics for CRM as ours. In addition, our Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence solution has impressed some companies in this market.

Speaking of technological trends, what stands out for this year in the sector?
Gamification is the latest trend in CRM. All brands are realizing that they will need to increase their professionalization and strategic level of customer engagement. Gamification is essential for this. In addition, getting to know the customer in depth through tools such as Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence is essential.

Our omnichannel structure allows efficient interaction with the customer across multiple channels and in real time, which optimizes the engagement strategy. We are investing in these solutions to continue growing in the market.

One of our differentiators is our local presence: my team is made up of Brazilians, and we offer support and onboarding entirely in Brazil, which makes us even more prepared to serve the local market and also in Latin America.

Will Xtremepush be at SBC Rio and BiS SiGMA Americas, the two next major industry events?
Of course! We are already prepared for both. At SBC Rio, our structure is set up and ready, and for SiGMA, we already have a booth reserved. We will continue to be present and present to the market everything we can offer to contribute to the growth of our partners.
